Project 5. Flakey Friends (retired) and the BigShot
As you can see, I used the bigshot to make the layers. The scalloped layer is made with the scallop punch. I hand cut a larger black topnote for that layer, and its all layered on a the swiss dot embossed layer.
Cute, easy.
