Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra

My neighbor, Barbara and I went to the Botanical Gardens tonite to see and hear the BPO! Did you know that the BPO won 2 grammy awards!?? I didn't..
They played on the front lawn of the Botanical Gardens in SouthBuffalo.
A Free concert enjoyed by at least 1,000 people on chairs, blankets, sitting on the hill . Concert goeres also brought drinks and munchies, Barb and I brought an alcoholic drink, and boy did I feel good, after I spilled most of it on me and the chairs.
The BPO played the wedding march, leonard bernstein, handel, and a tribute to the Armed Forces!.. Awesome!.... they also played pieces by Patrick Doyle, who composed the music for "Harry Potter:Goblet of Fire" Patrick Doyle visited Niagara Falls during the winter of 2008 and was in awe of our weather! Go figure.

Well,, I'm leaving in the morning for a short vacation... so keep checking back , I have postings scheduled to pop up while I'm gone.
